Media Theories-  MEDIA THEORIES RESEARCH TASK 2 - Write a short introduction of what you intend to achieve with this post. I'm going to use this post and apply it to my brief. This will help me as it will help me achieve the best possible magazine that I can create. This is way i can apply it to my work whilst learning about media theories at the same time. Media Language and Representations Analysis Task 1  –   How is  media language  used in 2 media products to create meaning through constructing  representations   and following  genre  conventions ? In the magazine 'Scoop', I think that they represent education as something fun. The 'Scoop' does not portray any stereotypes instead it presents information for kids in a fun and kid-friendly way.  They do this by the colours they use.  They use colours such as light blue and pink which are  stereotypical colours. Those colours are accepted by both genders. By photoshopping they have created a front cover that attracts children. The main characters are going to be of different races however I think that i'm going to mostly or all females.
